Time2Share runs several groups for young people in Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset and holiday activity schemes in Bristol. The groups are intended for young disabled people to get together and socialise and have fun with the added support of workers and volunteers.
Before new members join we like to come and visit, so you can ask any questions you have and we can get to know you a little.
The following groups are open to disabled young people living in BaNES.
Banes 13-19 groups
There are 5 groups in the Bath and Radstock area for disabled young people aged 13-19 which meet monthly. The groups are for young people who want to get out on their own, meet up with mates and chill out. There is a variety of groups in different locations so hopefully we have something for everyone, but members can come to all the groups if they want to.
Banes 18-21 groups
The group meets twice a month on a Saturday afternoon and includes one session a month at a regular venue in Odd Down and one going out session. Going out sessions have included train trips, bus trips, meals out, cinema, laser tag and bowling.
The 18+ group is for young people, the current age range of members attending is 20-28. The group meets 2 Friday evenings a month, once to play skittles and once to go out.
